Cursillo groups meet weekly to discuss growing in piety, study, and action. Ultreyas (a monthly grouping of group reunions) meet the 4th Saturday of the month, except when otherwise specified. Locations and times vary. Come and learn what Cursillo is all about! You do not have to be a Cursillista to join the group reunions and Ultreyas.

Palanca request to support the first English Cursillos in the Tucson area in seven years! Please do palanca for the Men’s Cursillo (25 – 28 April) and the Women’s Cursillo (2 – 5 May). What is palanca? Palanca is the action - intercessory prayer, sacrifice, mass intentions, rosaries, or works of mercy, etc. done to support the team and the people living their Cursillo. Sierra Vista School of Leaders will send a letter to the 3-Day Chair of the Cursillo Movement of the Diocese of Tucson saying that different types of palanca are being done for these two Cursillo weekends. No letters or cards are needed, but the Cursillo needs your spiritual support.
Cursillistas are invited to attend the clausuras for the Cursillos which take place on the last day of each Cursillo at 5pm at St. Francis de Sales Parish - 1375 S Camino Seco, Tucson, AZ 85710. Doors open at 4:30pm and the Secretariat would like everyone seated by 4:45pm, in case the new Cursillistas arrive early. Please add your spiritual support for the team and the Cursillistas and consider attending the clausuras and welcome the newest Cursillistas. ¡De Colores!
